Vineyard is cultivated in Georgia, Kvareli region, at the bottom of Caucasian Mountain Ranges, among riverbank of Duruji Valley, on black schist terroir soils

Vinified by traditional Qvevri method, fermentation driven by authentic wild yeast, no additives used. Matured in Qvevri with long skin and stem maceration for 6 months, aged in oak barrels for 12 months
